Refund Policy

Refund & Transfer Policy – EPIC Badges On-Demand Merit Badges

At EPIC Badges, all of our merit badge courses are delivered digitally and are accessible on-demand. Because of this, all sales are final once the course module has been accessed or started.

However, we do offer limited flexibility:

  • Refund Requests:
    You may request a full refund within 3 days of purchase, as long as the course  has not been accessed or started.
    No refunds will be issued after this 3-day window or once the course is accessed.

  • Transfer Requests:
    If you haven’t started the course, you may request to transfer your registration to a different merit badge course instead.
    Transfers must be requested before beginning the original module.
